There sure is!

The Phillies are playing their annual exhibition game against the Florida State Seminoles, at 1:05.

The Phillies lineup is as follows: Jimmy Rollins, SS – Juan Pierre, DH – Shane Victorino, CF – Hunter Pence, RF – Ty Wigginton, 3B – Domonic Brown, LF – John Mayberry Jr., 1B – Michael Martinez, 2B – Tuffy Gosewisch, C

Chase Utley, Placido Polanco, Brian Schiender, and Carlos Ruiz all will not play, as the Phillies don’t want them taking on a workload too early.  Charlie Manuel has said that Jim Thome will however get an at-bat.

I mentioned earlier this week that Austin Hyatt will the start.   Also slated to pitch are  Jake Diekman and Jeremy Horst, followed by relievers Michael Schwimer, Joe Savery, J.C. Ramirez, B.J. Rosenberg and Phillippe Aumont.  The game is at 1 p.m. at Bright House Field.

Austin Hyatt spent the season last year at AA Reading, where he went 12-6 with a 3.85 ERA.  (Be specific when you Google his name, or you’re gonna find a lot of advertisements for hotels in Texas)

I wouldn’t put any weight on the fact that Hyatt is getting the start.

No word yet as to what the Phillies plan is for the start of the Grapefruit League Season is on Saturday when they face the Yankees.
